Postpartum Doula

This is a very important time for the mother to get an extra pair of hands during her transition from birthing her baby.  Postpartum support is minimum of 3 hours per day, maximum of 3 days per week and minimum for 1 month.

My services includes

  • Mothering the mother

  • Attend to older siblings

  • Helping with light house work

  • Cooking and/or warming up a healthy meal

  • Watch over baby while you shower or nap
