It is important for you and your partner to meet with me at least once in person to become acquainted, to explore and discuss your priorities and any fears or concerns, and to plan how we might work best together.

For the couple who prefers the valuable emotional and educational attention a birth doula offers, but would rather journey more intimately through their birthing experience, virtual doula services provides a balance of privacy and support. This special package includes two virtual prenatal visits via phone or video chat, around the clock availability during your full term window, virtual presence while you labor (how and how often determined by you), and two virtual postpartum checkins. Not sure if having a doula is for you, have the funds

Inviting a doula into your birth support team may not be for you, but there is still so much to navigate during your pregnancy and you need some direction. You may be new to the Bay Area, live beyond my local service area, need help with identifying your birth preferences and creating a birth plan, or just have questions around birth, baby care or the tender 4th trimester. Consultations are held on Tuesdays + Thursdays during business hours, by phone or video chat. Sessions are $75/hr.

Sibling Doula

he sibling doula provides 24/7 on-call availability to care for your older child(ren) during your labor and birth. 

The sibling doula will come to your home or place of birth where your older child(ren) may be, and provide full care for the child(ren) during your labor. This includes preparing meals, light house cleaning, and maintaining a safe and fun environment for your child(ren). Since the sibling doula will be with your child(ren) during your labor and birth, she is trained to be able to answer questions that may arise from your children thoughtfully.

The sibling doula will stay with your child in the immediate postpartum period until arrangements have been made others to further care for your child(ren), or until agreed upon.

This includes 1-2 pre-labor meetings for me to get to know the child(ren) better.

Don't have on-call childcare while you're in labor?

That is the role of a sibling doula. I provide on-call childcare and support your child(ren) emotionally as you are in labor. This ensures you have the ability to concentrate on your labor while I care for your child(ren). I offer sibling doula care for home births, hospital, and birth centers.

I am on call for you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I listen to what your birth desires are and make sure that your little one(s) have just the right amount of involvement, so that the rest of your support team can focus on you. I offer 1 pre-labor home visit to meet you and your little one(s).
