Belly Binding


Belly binding can bring healing and stability to the new postpartum body. It supports the uterus, bladder, loose ligaments, internal organs and muscles. Binding is a great way to feel support in your lower back, abdominal muscles and improve posture. Binding is recommended on day 3 or 4 after birth. It is most effective the first 8 weeks postpartum.

There are two different types of binds elastic and cloth (Bengkung).
